Improving MTA Facilities

Maxxum completed the elevator replacement and site improvements at
two locations (Woodside, Queens and Merrick, Long Island) concurrently while maintaining pedestrian/commuter
access to a fully operational LIRR train station. Other improvements included electrical upgrades, doors,
architectural metal details, glazing, walkways, HVAC installation and other finishes.
