Portfolio of Past Projects

Right at the beginning of 2022, Maxxum Construction Corporation was tasked with upgrading critical systems at the Nathan Hale Senior Village, a 126 unit Senior living facility in Lynbrook, Long Island.  The project involved several energy-saving upgrades and improving the overall weatherization of the entire building.  In addition, Maxxum added new life & safety measures to provide the residents with an improved quality of life.
