Exterior restoration of William Floyd’s 1774 home located in Mastic Beach, NY owned and operated by the National Parks Service. Maxxum meticulously hand scraped and painted the exterior wood clapboards, shutters, doors, etc. and completed the project with site grading and hydroseeding.
