Supporting Those Who Serve

Maxxum had the opportunity to replace the deteriorated deck at Melville Hall (USMMA) in Kings Point, NY.  Melville Hall is known for its vistas during catered events, so we extended the outdoor space over the cliffside giving a greater panoramic view of the Long Island Sound and Throgs Neck Bridge.  A great deal of planning, engineering, and reviewing of safety measures was necessary for the 25-foot elevations over the cliffside.  From concrete pump trucks to cranes, all measures were implemented to set concrete columns, erect steel girders, and complete the deck finishes.
